The e-shop user agrees that Kleeps24.ee has the right to process his data for providing suitable services to the customer, including transmitting customer data to persons involved in providing the merchant's service to the customer. List of authorized processors:

*Omniva, DPD, Itella Estonia – Personal data (name, phone number, and e-mail address) are transmitted to the transport service provider chosen by the customer. If the goods are delivered by courier, the customer's address is also transmitted in addition to contact details.

*E-invoicer, Merit Active software – Personal data are transmitted to economic and accounting software service providers for accounting operations.

*Google – Personal data (browser, operating system, and other network identifiers information) are collected anonymously for statistics and analysis to improve the e-shop user experience and technical solution.

Personal data security and access to data. Personal data are stored on Kleeps24.ee servers, located in the territory of a European Union member state or a country that has joined the European Economic Area. Data may be transmitted to countries whose data protection level has been assessed as adequate by the European Commission and to US companies that have joined the Privacy Shield framework.

Kleeps24.ee implements appropriate physical, organizational, and IT security measures to protect personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, or unauthorized access and disclosure.
